Your visit. Your choice.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers, pages viewed, sessions and time spent, approximate location, device and browser information, language, screen size, and how visitors find the site. It also counts clicks on email, phone, and WhatsApp links. A click does not tell us whether you sent a message or completed a call. On the contact page, Google also counts a shoot request after the website confirms it was saved successfully, while your analytics consent is active. That event contains a fixed website-request label and the public contact-page address; it does not include your submission identifier, property address, requested date, or form contents.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visits, page views, referring sites, device information, and page-loading performance. Cloudflare’s analytics does not use cookies to recognize visitors across sites.
Both analytics tools are loaded only after you choose “Yes, allow analytics.” Google uses first-party cookies to recognize a browser across visits. We configure those cookies with a six-month lifetime. Advertising personalization and Google signals are turned off.
We exclude client payment pages, private photo galleries, property showcase pages, and the private studio from these analytics tools. Page addresses sent to Google and Cloudflare omit query strings and URL fragments; Google referrers are also limited to the referring site’s origin. We do not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details as analytics event data.

Change your choice
You can decline analytics and continue using the site. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Choosing “No thanks” stops analytics and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. A different browser or clearing your browser storage may ask you again.
Inquiry email delivery
Shoot requests are saved privately. When automatic email delivery is enabled, Cloudflare’s email service sends the contact information, property location, requested services, timing, and notes you provide to Nate’s inbox so he can reply directly. The form tells you whether email delivery was confirmed. This is separate from optional analytics.
Watching videos
Video pages show a local preview image first. The YouTube player loads only when you press Play. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; when you play a video, your browser connects to YouTube to deliver the video. YouTube processes that activity under its own privacy policy, separately from your optional website analytics choice.

Private client galleries
Finished client photographs and videos are stored with the website’s hosting service so clients can view them and download their original files. Clients do not need an account. Anyone who has a gallery’s private link can access that collection, so share the link only with people you want to have the files.
Private galleries are excluded from the website’s search listings and optional analytics. Nathaniel can pause a gallery or replace its link; that stops new access through the previous link, but cannot remove files someone has already downloaded. Contact Nathaniel with questions about access or removal.
Your shoot request
The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional phone number, property location, media requested, preferred dates, delivery preference, notes, and the source you choose to share. Nathaniel uses this information to respond, quote, schedule, and manage your project. Requests and private working notes are stored with the website’s hosting service and are accessible only to the owner account. An inquiry does not confirm a booking.
If you accept analytics, a temporary record in this browser’s session storage remembers the first public page you viewed after accepting and the referring website’s origin, without its path or query. That information is attached to a shoot request only while your consent is still active. It helps connect inquiries to how visitors found the work. Declining clears this record; the form still works, and your voluntary “How did you find me?” answer is independent of analytics.
Favorites and client notes
Gallery favorites are saved locally in your browser until you choose to send them. Sending a selection stores your chosen file identifiers, the name you provide, your note, and the submission time privately for Nathaniel. Other gallery visitors cannot browse submitted names or notes. Selected-download manifests store file identifiers temporarily so your browser can download a ZIP; they expire after seven days. Clearing this browser’s storage removes unsent favorites.
Property pages and reviews
A separate property presentation contains only the files and details Nathaniel explicitly selects and approves for public display. It does not expose a private gallery link or the gallery’s other files. Clients may send feedback privately from a gallery. The name, words, permission choice, source gallery, and submission time are stored for Nathaniel to review. Permission to feature feedback is optional. Client testimonials are published only after permission is recorded and Nathaniel approves the quote. A review link opens Google or Facebook, which handles the review under its own policies.
Contacting Nate
Email, telephone, and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. Any information you send there is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange the requested work. Those services process communications under their own privacy policies.
Hosting and questions
The website’s hosting providers process connection information needed to deliver pages, operate the service, and maintain security. Google processes connection information, including IP addresses, to derive approximate location and operate its analytics service; raw IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics reports. The inquiry and selection services use a short-lived, one-way representation of the connection address to limit spam; those counters expire within two hours and are not used for marketing. Declining optional Google Analytics does not stop that necessary hosting activity.
